Matter of Balance” is an eight-session class presented by Valley Caregiver Resource Center. This class is designed to help participants learn to view falls and the fear of falling as controllable; set realistic goals for increasing activity; change their environment to reduce fall risk; and promote exercise to increase strength and balance.
