“Caregiver Book Club” is a 60-minute workshop presented by Valley Caregiver Resource Center for VCRC clients only. We will be reading “Take Back Your Life: A Caregiver’s Guide to Finding Freedom in the Midst of Overwhelm” by Loren Gelberg-Goff. Join us for a discussion about the book. Limited books available. Once a VCRC client has registered for this class, we will mail the book to them.
