Valley Caregiver Resource Center offers a wide variety of free classes and training for all caregivers. The following is a list of topics that family caregivers often request. We are also able to personalize a presentation or training to help meet your needs.

Live Stream

“Powerful Tools for Caregivers” is a series of 90-minute in-person classes presented by Valley Caregiver Resource Center for VCRC caregivers only. A six-week series is designed for caregivers to learn clear and practical tools to prevent caregiver burnout. This class teaches self-care skills, enabling caregivers to reduce personal stress, change negative thinking, better communicate with health care providers, and make difficult caregiving decisions.

Lawvex will be discussing topics relevant to caregiving situations, such as Durable Power of Attorney for health care, finances, trusts, trust and estate litigation, medical planning for long-term care and other legal matters.
